Terms of services
The Process:
A minimum of three WIPs will be sent to the client for approval: one after the sketch, the second after the lineart, and the final after flat colors.
Please keep in mind that substantial changes will be hard to do after the third update, and depending on the size of the edit there may be an additional charge.
If you would like more updates, please feel free to ask!
Please note that the time it takes for me to finish a commission can range anywhere from a few days to a month. I will be as transparent as possible if there are any delays or issues.
The commissioned art can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. If you would like to use it for commercial purposes, please let me know.
All commissions must be credited. Please do this or I will cry.
I do not allow any of my works to be sold or reproduced as an NFT, nor do I allow any of my art to be used for AI purposes.
I have the right to refuse any commission.
Payment:
Paypal or Ko-Fi is preferred, but other forms of payment may be discussed.
Half of the commission must be paid upfront. The rest must be paid once the commission is complete.
Payments will be made via invoice unless other methods have been discussed and agreed upon prior.
If cancellation of the commission occurs before any work has been started, the refund will be made in full. Otherwise, the amount equivalent to the work that has been completed so far will be subtracted from the refund.
No refunds will be made after the work is complete.
